Written Health Guarantee - We raise Yellow & Chocolate Labrador puppies that are good for families & hunters

Your puppy is guaranteed to be in good health and free of communicable disease at the time of the sale. If, within 48 hours after you take possession of the puppy, it is found by a licensed veterinarian not to be in good health we agree to refund the purchase price of the puppy. A refund will only be given after a copy of the veterinarian's report, the puppy and all paperwork are returned to us. We, the breeders, are not responsible for any expenses incurred.

Your puppy is guaranteed to be free from congenital defects for a period of 3 years from the date of birth. If the puppy is found to have a congenital defect you, the purchaser, must notify us, the breeders, as soon as you become aware of the problem. If hip or elbow dysphasia is suspected the following steps need to be taken:

	The puppy needs to be x-rayed by a competent veterinarian and the films must be evaluated by the O.F.A. A copy of the O.F.A. report must be forwarded to us immediately. The O.F.A. will be the sole judge regarding hip and elbow dysphasia.
	We, the breeders, require you, the purchaser, to forward to us a veterinarian's statement that the puppy has been fixed as to not pass on this genetic defect, along with the registration papers for the puppy.
	We, the breeders, agree to replace your puppy with a new puppy of comparable price, color and sex as soon as one becomes available. You, the purchaser, will assume all costs of shipping associated with this transaction.
	We, the breeders, are not responsible for any veterinary bills accumulated by you, the purchaser.

While living at our home, your puppy has been on a vaccination and de-worming schedule. Please take the records we provide to your veterinarian. It is important to continue to vaccinate and worm your puppy to insure it's good health.

You, the purchaser, agree to take good care of the puppy and to provide it with adequate food, water, housing and medical care. You, the purchaser, agree to follow the breeder's recommendations regarding feeding, exercise and general care. Puppies are like children and need plenty of rest, fresh water, a regular and healthy diet, regular exercise and plenty of T.L.C. You, the purchaser, may contact us, the breeder, if at any time you have questions regarding the care of your new puppy.

We feel confident that we have helped you choose the right puppy for you and your family. If, at any time, you feel the puppy will not work out for you or your situation changes and you are unable to continue to give the puppy the care it deserves, please return him/her to us or call us for assistance in finding a good home. The expenses incurred for the puppy and to return him will be yours.

This guarantee and notification process is put in place to assist us in breeding happy, healthy puppies that are free of health or genetic conditions. Please keep in mind that only healthy dogs should be bred as conditions, such as hip dysplasia, can be passed from generation to generation. By notifying us in a timely manner you will be assisting us in having only the best puppies possible!
